Assistant Business Development Manager

Retail Distribution - Greater China Sales Development Department

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and service outlets, including over 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Greater China Sales Development Department as Assistant Business Development Manager .

Principal responsibilities

· Assist the manager to build and manage a portfolio of Referral Partners and develop good relationship with them to solicit personal wealth management and financial service business
· Provide creative ideas on Mainlander customer acquisition programs and assist in acquisition campaign management including end-to-end process management, business potential study/ business case review, planning on budget allocation and execution logistics, co-ordinate with different departments, marketing material production and campaign result evaluation
· Perform analytics on Mainlander customer segmentation profile and analysis on market and competitors' intelligence of Mainlander customer acquisition
· Monitor the post-referral cordial customer relationship with Cross Border Relationship Managers and provide value-added service to new customers
· Oversee the customer referral journey in complying with compliance and regulatory requirements

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, preferably with knowledge in channel development
·  At least one year relevant experience, with China market exposure and/or customer facing experience would be an advantage
·  Strong motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Good communication, interpersonal and project management skill
·  Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
