Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
​To be responsible for the business development of CEPS payroll program
To work with Central coordinator on CEPS payroll company enrollment
To actively contact & approach payroll program candidate company, to give an introduction and ask for a pitching chance
To coordinate Onboarding Officers/CDO to go offsite to company to open banking account via delegation process for payroll accounts
To ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.
Role success will be achieved by focusing on striving to develop new relationships focusing on CEPS Premier/Advance customer acquisition outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
​Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Managerial experience
At least 3 years' experience in supervisory role of sales function
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
Result driven and able to work under pressure
Good spoken and written English
