Principal responsibilities

· Provide quality,accurate and efficient counter services in accordance with the established procedures,guidelines and regulatory requirements:
· current & saving accounts opening/services,documents checking and corresponding system maintenance
· cash deposit/withdrawal and FX conversation
· inward and outward remittance and local clearing/payment
· system maintenance of investment products and subsequent monitoring
· daily ATM entry posting and reconciliation
· Deliver quality customer services and improve customer experience;
· Ensure that(internal/external)customer enquires relating to service scopes,tariffs,transaction records/history and etc are properly handled or referred;
· Handle ad hoc data cleanup/tasks,prepare periodic/ad hoc reports as required by the management and /or regulators from time to time.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  1-3 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign banks;
·  Interpersonal and communication skill;
·  Customer service skill;
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software;
·  Compliance and risk sense and escalation mindset.
