We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.


In this role, you will:

​​​​​​​​​​​​Mainly handle account opening, account service related processes, including but not limited to:

1. Perform banking operations services duties per agreed Service Level Agreement

2. Conduct well-controlling exercises to meet both internal & external policies and regulation

3. Deliver high quality of non-migration banking operations services
4. Keep good filing of all customer documents and internal records

5. Adhere to various requirements from internal control departments & external regulators & provide proactive support during inspections if required

6. Regulatory returns and internal reports preparation

7. Maintain good service quality to multiple business teams of smooth collaborations

8. Relief other positions if necessary

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: ​

​​​​​1. Bachelor degree or above, 1-2 years working experience in banking operations is preferable

2. Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

3. Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure and have a ability to solve problem with efficiency

4. Meticulous to details.
