Assistant Administration Support Officer

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Administration Support Officer

Principal responsibilities

· Provide clerical / administrative supports to the department
· Assist supervisor to perform daily operations and control
· Assist in preparing documents & reports as instructed in an accurate and efficient manner
· Maintain updated inventories and records for the department
· Conduct regular checking on inventories & records for control purpose
· Contact internal and / or external parties as appropriate
· Perform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective supervisor

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Diploma or above in related discipline
·  Minimum one year of working experience in providing administrative support
·  Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
·  Good team-player, with strong attentiveness to details
·  Good multi-tasking skill, with ability to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  Sound knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
