We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Analyst Retail Banking and Wealth Management Service Quality .

Principal responsibilities​

· Support the execution of Global Retail Banking and Wealth Management Chief Administration Offices agendas and initiatives, ensuring implementation requirements for Retail Banking and Wealth Management in the region have been considered and addressed
· Demonstrate insight on the services delivered to Retail Banking and Wealth Management in the region, working in collaboration with HSBC Operations, Service and Technology and Global Functions
· Update management on performance of services through the provision of analyses and insight to appropriate governance forums
· Provide analysis and reflection of the performance of services provided at both HSBC level and where a collection of services fulfill an end to end customer product or service to drive improvement.
· The role holder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organization. This will be achieved by consistently displaying the behaviors outlined in the Group core values.
· Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Qualifications :

Requirements​

·  University degree holder or above
·  Proven experience preferably incorporating business analysis and service oriented principles
·  Exceptional drive and commitment
·  Strong analytical skills to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions
·  Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support business analysis
·  Experienced in managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills, preferably in a matrix functional environment
·  Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven abilities in working across cultures
·  Good stakeholders management, team collaboration and influencing skills
·  Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above
