We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Vizag Branch.
 
Principal Responsibilities:
 
The jobholder will be responsible for building the HSBC Advance customer base while increasing the wallet share of the customer with HSBC. The jobholder will have to achieve this by adding NTB clients, building strong relationships with  customers, successfully selling I & I products, driving growth of Portfolio AUM and cross sell of the bank’s products to the customers.
 
The job holder will be responsible for the following:
 
Increase wallet share by driving increase in account values and Portfolio AUM.
Migrate customers to alternate delivery channels.
Achieve agreed scores on each parameter of the League Table
Drive Customer Loyalty and Retention.
Identify and implement suitable new initiatives to build relationships with existing valuable HSBC Advance customers
Follow complaint management procedures.
Develop individual and team competence.
Be aware of the Banks’ basic product / process features.
Ensure CRMS is used for activity management.
Ensure no time lag between booking of business and closure of the lead on CRMS.
Protect Bank's interest and ensure compliance to regulatory and internal guidelines.
