We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Administrator, Member Services .

Principal responsibilities

​Perform administrative work, including enrolment, contribution, switching and terminating retirement schemes for Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational

·
Retirement Schemes Ordinace schemes

·
Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures

·
Recommend revision to procedures due to system and legislative changes

·
Streamline processes to improve efficiency

·
Lead the team by coaching and training junior staff

·
Assist Team Manager to perform other adhoc duties and projects and serve as cross support for other teams within Member Services as needed

·
Achieve Service Level Agreements

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​University Degree Holder
·  Good people management skills with the ability to lead, coach and supervise junior staff
·  Client focused with good customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
·  Eager to learn and strives for continuous improvement
·  Flexible in a dynamic environment and proactive in driving change
·  Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
·  Proficient computer skills with the ability to input Chinese characters
