We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Administration Officer, Product Control .

Principal responsibilities​

· To oversee the smooth running of daily routine operations including all outgoing mail, including all Product Control daily reports, incoming mail, dissemination of incoming mails or requests to the manager concerned and to ensure all requests or queries are attended to in a timely manner.
· To make necessary arrangements in respect of new staff joining the department, for example, workstation, computer hardware or software and relevant LAN and systems. access, Lotus Note account according to the role and type of jobholder and to reverse in respect of leavers.
· To maintain proper access to various systems and to perform quarterly review of access records to meet IT audit requirements.
· To implement control over the acquisition of all sundry and stationery items.
· To manage internal and external billings.
· To support travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
· To support with compilation of MI and reporting packs for the region.
· To help with communication between the Global and the regional teams.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements​
·  University degree holder with experience working as administrative staff at a financial institution, accounting knowledge preferred.
·  Ability to carry forward IT and administrative arrangements for other team members.
·  Articulate and detail oriented, ability to multitask in a deadline driven, past paced environment.
