We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Actuarial Analyst, Economic Capital .

Principal responsibilities

Carry out Economic Capital valuations including results production, sensitivity testing and movement analysis

Support the team in regular and ad hoc reporting

Assist in maintaining and developing the Economic Capital models including deterministic and stochastic Prophet models and other spreadsheet models

Deliver quarterly Economic Capital results and reports in a timely manner

Help to ensure all data, assumptions and processes are appropriate, adequately documented and meet all applicable standards

Assist the team to develop and maintain the Economic Capital models

Assist the team with regular Economic Capital productions and other ad hoc tasks

Show a proactive attitude in solving challenges

Be critical towards the quality of their own work

Communicate their own results towards other team members

Support the team, mangers and peers to report Economic Capital, Bermuda Capital and further develop the Hong Kong RBC framework

Desired profile

Qualifications :


University degree holder in a quantitative subject

Solid actuarial experience gained from a leading insurance firm

Good progress with the actuarial exams

Excellent computer skills including Excel, VBA and Prophet. Knowledge of ESG or stochastic modelling is advantageous
