Product Overview:

HPE Online Import Utility (OIU) is a data migration solution that orchestrates the migration of data from a non-3PAR source storage system to a destination HPE 3PAR StoreServ Storage system. It allows to script migrations of host and virtual volumes from legacy non-3PAR storage systems to HPE 3PAR StoreServ Storage, in an online, minimally disruptive, or offline mode.

L1 Role : Skill

3-6 Yrs Exp

·  Industry Standard Server Knowledge – Intermediate knowledge on server components like System board, Processor, Power Supply, Hard Drive, Memory…etc  , Concepts like RAID & Connectivity
·  Industry Standard Storage Knowledge –Knowledge on DAS, NAS & SAN
·  Industry Standard Networking Knowledge – Knowledge on IP addressing, subnetting  routing and switching, ethernet and FC connectivity
·  VMware and Linux product knowledge – Knowledge on how the platform works ,skills on executing commands.
·  Should have good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving hardware issues related to the above-mentioned products
·  Possess good spoken, written communication and customer handling skills

·  Good infra troubleshooting knowledge on VMware and Linux platform.
·  Should have good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving hardware issues related to the above-mentioned products
·  Possess good spoken, written communication and customer handling skills
