As a Global Services Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for coordinating freight cost management, dangerous goods compliance, and warehouse efficiencies across the Spares Parts Logistics network.  The individual will monitor, analyze, and recommend changes that drive higher customer satisfaction and/or a more competitive cost model.  The role will require critical thinking and team work with internal stakeholders to solve complex problems.  This is position will target early career/ new hire candidate with a passion to learn and grow within the logistics function.

Responsibilities:

·  Coordinate with Logistics Services Providers (LSP) to identify opportunities and drive solutions
·  Develop dangerous goods compliance program and processes with stakeholders
·  Analyze freight cost management logistics data and develop a benchmark to drive optimization across logistics network
·  Engage with partners on projects and initiatives to drive efficiencies
·  Review performance metrics and governance model to identify opportunities for improvement
·  Track logistics trends and use information to recommend changes

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree or equivalent experience
·  Typically 0-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain function

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Basic understanding of logistics function
·  Strong data analytical skills and applications
·  Ability to use business application software  – e.g. Microsoft, statistical analysis software
·  Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
·  Advanced teamwork skills & ability to work across matrix organization
·  Ability to work with a diverse global team
·  Natural curiosity and a desire to grow
