Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Software Engineer Intern  to work in the Houston, TX office. You will help develop and validate Networking-related tests and procedures for Ethernet controllers on HPE Synergy servers.

Responsibilities:

·  Assist senior technical staff networking software tools on HPE Synergy
·  Assist senior technical staff in the development of software tools used in the validation of vendor-implemented DMTF Redfish solutions on HPE server networking products

Education and Experience Required:

·  Pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
· 
Experience in Java/Python/HTTP programing, scripting

· 
Strong capability for independent work

· 
Desire to work in a collaborative, cross-organizational environment

· 
Ability to read/write technical specifications

· 
Knowledge of the DBTM Redfish specification is a strong plus
