System software engineer responsible for design, development, troubleshooting and debugging.

This is for product development in File system technologies that form the core solutions for Hyper converged, Software Defined Storage and Cloud products. This is an opportunity to be part of R&D team of HPE and work in niche areas of storage and hyper converged solutions.

Proficiency in C++ and experience in working in linux environment is required.

Storage domain or expertise in filesystems will be a definite plus.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills is expected.

Good know how of designing software systems, Understanding of Software testing methodology, debugging and testing and tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and approaches.

Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design, project progress and issue resolution

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
