We are looking for Process Analyst to join our team!

The Process Analyst is responsible to coordinate the implementation and regular operation of various GSD related processes. In addition, the Process Analyst executes the processes in compliance with time-frames, specific requirements, quality, and achievement of targets. This should be achieved through ongoing coordination, analysis, planning, communication, and data maintenance on cross-team level.

How you'll make your mark:

· 
Coordinate one or more HPE GSD aligned processes and process related projects to achieve business, compliance, efficiency and quality related goals

· 
Proactively analyze complete process flow and applies problem solving skills to solve any discrepancies

· 
Propose and drive process improvements aiming optimization/correction of existing process set up

· 
Act as a SME through process change impact analysis

· 
Identify process updates and communicates to teams executing the process and all relevant stakeholders

· 
Lead regular communication with process owners/stakeholders regarding related tasks and operational updates

· 
Single point of contact for all the financial flow of the respective process, if applicable

· 
Collaborate closely with process owners/business process managers, other teams and organizations to solve complex cases and achieve defined goals

· 
Act as a first point of escalation between teams executing the process and business process managers

· 
Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the process for the different Geographies/ Countries

· 
Provide statistics and reports as per process requirements and customer needs

· 
Coordinate/ is responsible for respective documentation and data management

About you:

· 
Bachelor degree or equivalent

· 
2 + years’ experience in project/process or ITIL infrastructure management

· 
Fluent in verbal and written English

· 
Other European language is an advantage

· 
Excellent communication and presentation skills

· 
Analytical Skills

· 
Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team

· 
Proactive and able to work under pressure

· 
Strong team collaboration skills

· 
Proficiency in MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio

· 
Knowledge of HPE specific tools is an advantage

· 
Advanced process knowledge of GSD delivery processes is an advantage

· 
ITIL Foundation v3 certification
