Server Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 hardware break fix support on HPE ProLiant and Blade series servers

Troubleshooting server hardware and diagnose issues using HPE tools like System Management Homepage, Systems Insight Manager, Insight Diagnostics.

Customer ownership and escalation management. Expertise in handling escalated calls by driving end to end ownership.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years of experience in supporting server solutions, remote connectivity solutions in enterprise networks

Education :

Graduate or equivalent (Typically requires 10+2+3/5 years regular college level education)

Desirable Certifications:

Server +, HPE certifications like Building HPE Server Solutions, Architecting HPE Server Solutions, Integrating HPE ProLiant Server Solutions, Integrating HPE ProLiant Server Solutions, Building HPE Server Solutions, Architecting Advanced HPE Server Solutions, Architecting HPE Server Solutions, HPE Converged Solutions

Desired profile

Education and Experience Required:

·  Typically requires college level graduate or diploma in technical education (10+2+3).
·  Possession of professional certification within a technical field e.g: any storage certifications like SAN, Switch, EVA's etc , Brocade (BCFP ) Will be an added advantage.
·  Provided or led in technical support of an IT environment preferably with minimum 1 years experience in supporting servers , storage.
