As a Scrum Master within HPE Pointnext Services you will join an industry-leading organisation that delivers a myriad of products ranging from a Front-End website getting millions of page views a week to a predictive analytics solution which can warn a customer of an issue before it happens. HPE Pointnext Services R&D employs Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as its software development methodology.

Our people work on projects critical to our business across a broad range of cutting edge technologies.

The role of the Scrum Master is to support the team’s Product Owner to manage the product backlog, to coach and empower the scrum team in delivery of that backlog in a Scrum or Kanban model and to engage with the Scrum Masters of the other teams within and across our Agile Release Trains.

As a Scrum Master you will be able to influence the organization to continually improve bringing your skills and knowledge to lead HPE Pointnext Services and achieve great outcomes for our customers.
