Role

The purpose of the job is provide seamless sales enablement support to HPE Sales Representatives for Quotes, Order Bookings and Warranty / Contract Registration etc.

Responsibilities:

·  Process Associate is a key contributor for delivering “Quote to cash” Order Management Services to customer and Internal Partners.
·  Responsible for performing general and specific admin support as Involved in the customer service function.
·  Responsible for the processing of incoming quotes. Interfaces with Sales Representatives, Delivery, Operations, Channel Partner and end- Users.
·  Accountable for day to day transaction processing of work orders.
·  Liaise with Account Operations leads to Deliver work orders with high speed and Accuracy.
·  Responsible for quoting, Order Acceptance/ Contract Activation, Amendment, and ENT Reprice/ Renewal of Active Contracts.
·  Invoicing, Delivery entitlement and order reporting and revenue recognition.
·  Meeting Individual targets while ensuring accurate
·  Timely and compliant sales order and revenue for new and existing large Complex Contracts

Education and Experience Required

·  Full time Bachelors or Masters degree.
·  Typically 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Knowledge and Skills Required

·  Excellent communications.
·  Intermediate knowledge of internal processes and policies.
·  Developed understanding of local legal compliance issues.
·  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·  Good teamwork skills.
