Sales Compensation Operation Job Description

Objective of the organization

Our primary responsibility in Sales Compensation Operations is to support all regions with the creation, recording, tracking, reporting and paying of commissions to all Sales organizations World Wide.  We manage the implementation of Sales compensation policies, plans, and systems to ensure the Sales force receives timely and accurate Sales incentive and bonus payments, as well as providing support and training to the Sales, Sales Operations and Finance organizations to facilitate their understanding of variable compensation practices.

Sales Compensation Plan Designers are responsible for the following:

·  Ensuring all Sales compensation systems are set up to accurately record, measure and calculate concise and timely Sales incentive and bonus payments
·  Support of all Sales Compensation systems including OMEGA, MyComp, and other required tools
·  Assist Sales, SCO, Sales Operations, Finance and all other partners with understanding compensation payments and results as reported
·  Continually perform analysis on Sales information to ensure the compensation system is crediting the correct Sales representative and at the correct amount
·  Partner with Sales Compensation or other teams as required to ensure all Sales reps are compensated correctly at all times
·  Manage and support others for system and/or operation issues to closure
·  Provide subject matter expertise in support of assigned local or global projects or other initiatives like Translator, Global OMEGA / G122, PBI / Indirect @Net, Sales Territory Adoption, Voyageur, H3C, Callidus Cloud, etc.
