Key Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for managing inputs from eService business owners and distribution process for eServices and modifying Dashboard settings.
·  Work closely with stakeholders to determine project requirements and translate/implement those requirements into technical designs.
·  Troubleshoot to resolve production incidents quickly or to develop workarounds.
·  Active participation and troubleshooting during code releases.
·  Document high level functional and technical design specifications.
·  Coordinate resolution of highly complex software development issues that arise in production environments.
·  Own the 3rd party regional tools integration with the Portal.
·  Act as first level escalation point and liaison in case of escalations.
·  Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
·  Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.
·  Evaluate a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.
·  Contribute to continuous process refinement and improvement.
·  Responsible for regional page/eService/portlet configuration

Major Challenges:

·  Responsible for multiple applications with an ability to works on several projects simultaneously

Decision Making Authority:

·  Owns the Regional eServices integration with the Portal

Education:

·  University Degree required
·  Major in Computer Science or Computer coding experience is preferred

Skills & Experience:

·  3+ years working experience, global company working experience is preferred
·  Excellent in both written and oral English
·  Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
·  Knowledge of XML/SQL, and JavaScript is a Plus
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Strong problem solving skill to provide solution/workarounds to meet customer needs
·  Quick learning ability to ramp up quickly
·  Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with high responsibility
·  Project management experience is a plus
