Our team provides a wide range of services to their clients including counsel and assistance regarding antitrust/competition law, program and project structuring, government and public sector business, risk assessment and risk mitigation, alliances, partnering, and drafting and negotiating complex and custom business agreements that are of a uniformly superior quality.

The scope of work in this entry level role includes:
· Work performed is predominately general project manager skills that are directly related to a specialty functions e.g., marketing, engineering, human resources, etc.
· Managing the intake and communications of ethical related issues
· Assisting two supervisory employees with various tasks
· Preparing/editing PowerPoint and other types of presentations, compiling data for reports
· Coordinating work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company
· Applying extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete sometimes complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways
· Working on assignments that require judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions
· Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures

Desired profile

Education and Experience:

·  Bachelor's degree preferred
·  This early career, entry level role would require 1 or more years of experience in a collaborative operational role, requiring the use of project management and writing skills

·  Proven collaboration with staff to ensure that management time and access are accurately coordinated
·  Ability to leverage understanding of the organization and processes to plan and implement specialized assignments
·  Exhibits a solicitous and welcoming demeanor that facilitates visitor requests and contributes to the overall professional character of the workplace
·  Able to apply understanding of operations to support management effectiveness and responsiveness
·  Knowledge of planning & productivity tools/processes to manage work
·  Proven writing skills that allows for effective communication
·  Demonstrated ability to utilize sound judgment and process effective decision-making independently
·  Clearly and effectively communicates with others in the business setting (customers, management, reports and colleagues)
·  Harnesses conflict creatively as an opportunity to better understand and/or improve a situation or relationship, and effectively resolves outstanding issues
·  Actively seeks out opportunities to improve business and operational processes/procedures
·  Effectively organizes, drives and controls virtual and face-to-face meetings such that agenda and action items are clearly understood by participants, and meeting outcomes are productive
·  Demonstrated experience in time management sensibilities when scheduling, allocating and prioritizing commitments
·  Ability to approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
