- Automation and orchestration management software to seamlessly align applications with the underlying infrastructure

- HPE cloud capabilities that enable developers and data center operators to effortlessly build cloud applications in their Hybrid IT environments

In a typical day as a Product Owner, you would define and elaborates the requirements, and provides direction to the team to realize the overall product solution. Expertise in management domain is a must. Need to work on management based software that interfaces with converged infrastructure resources of compute, networks and storage. Gets chance to work on HPE’s next gen hardware based management solutions. Need to innovate with passion.

·  Lead multiple project teams and is for all stages of requirements and development for complex products and platforms, including solution requirements, analysis, design, and solution integration as well as solution feature / product / solution demos.
·  Works closely with product management / other product owners / solution stakeholders to reviews and evaluates requirements and prioritize them.
·  Acts as an advocate to the development teams in implementation, testing, overall solution / customer use cases.
·  Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
·  Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities
·  Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems organization.
·  Provides guidance and mentoring to team
·  Able to influence senior technical members.
·  Should be a team player.

If you are…

·  12-15 years of experience with B.E/B.Tech/MCA background
·  Extensive experience in enterprise system / data center manageability domain as well as data analytics.
·  Extensive experience with multiple software systems development and deployment.
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Experience in requirements analysis and architecting large enterprise systems / applications
·  Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture
·  Agile Development Experience as a Product Owner
·  Software systems testing methodology
·  Evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product features, priorities, demos, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
