Our Shared Services Center Team is looking to hire its first team member in Sofia to provide support as part of a  Customized Technology Solutions (CTS) hub, namely a Process Analyst with fluent German skills. The CTS team offers individually designed long-term services for the entire HPE range of products (servers, storage, network products, etc.) They are specialized in implementing complex and individual service requirements , especially when it comes to long service periods, even far beyond the official end of service life date.

The Process Analyst is responsible for handling various processes related to Long-term Support projects, to support and guide a smooth process from the request to the implementation of the End Of Service Life (EOSL) services. This is achieved through ongoing coordination, analysis, planning, communication, and data maintenance on cross-team level.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

·  End Of Service Life requests analysis
·  Project calculating and pricing
·  Communicating with internal teams to ensure project success (Supply Chain, Customer Solution Center, Field Engineers etc.)
·  Providing statistics and reports as per process requirements and customer needs
·  Coordinates/provides proper documentation and data management
·  Ensuring overall contract fulfillment

Job Requirements:

·  Bachelor degree or equivalent
·  2+ years of experience in project/process or ITIL infrastructure management
·  Knowledge of HPE products and services would be considered a strong advantage
·  Technical (hardware/software) support experience would be also a strong plus
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
·  Analytical Skills
·  Fluency in both German and English
·  Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
