The Principal, Market Intelligence and Analytics will act as a key advisor to senior business executives by delivering market insights and strategic business recommendations. The principal will fully own the development of the analytical practice, tools, platforms and supporting technologies across the breadth their coverage area.

In addition the above mention will defines high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies. Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Independently structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies by applying advanced, in- depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
·  Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives.
·  Leads large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
·  Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
·  Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
·  Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree in Finance, Mathematics or Statistics preferred

Market Analytics Expertise Required

·  Experience in analyzing IC supply chain lead time and inventory level assessment
·  Experience in build up an early warning process to ensure potential shortage risks are identified and reviewed
·  Analytics in MLCC/MOSFET shortage assessment including examination of the industry situation of the largest supply issues and form scenario analysis on when the tightness could be solved
·  Analyzing of ODM sourcing strategy to drive impact for executive’s sourcing strategy by conducting extensive research and modeling ODM’s profit pools
· 
Strong partnering with Directors of Business Intelligence, Competitive, Market Analysis & Planning, and Corporate Strategy to supply analytics and counseling for translation into meaningful growth strategies for the Company.

·  Acting as business counsel and key strategic planning resource for senior marketing and cross-functional management.
·  Work to enhance business analytics and reporting capabilities across HPE's businesses to drive competitive and market insights.
·  Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Advance skills and scripting in Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factset or similar platform
·  Creating automated data APIs for Bloomberg, excel to interface with required systems
·  Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex financial analysis and modeling.
·  Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.
·  Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
·  Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
