Proactive management of the active lease portfolio with responsibilities for identifying mid-term opportunities, and negotiating end of term options with the customer in conjunction with HPEFS sales force. With the responsibly of residual recovery and increasing portfolio profitability; while supporting the customers end of lease decision process through effective use of upgrades, renewals, buyouts, and equipment transitions offerings.

KEY TASKS:

·  Develop relationships with customer base and collaborating with HPEFS Sales Team, Strategic Business Partners, and internal teams within HPEFS
·  Identifying and maximizing opportunities in the portfolio from an end of lease and mid-term perspective to contribute to the Company’s financials
·  Notifying customers of EOT options and the ability to prepare pricing and quotations to support effective sales strategy consistent with account plan and quota
·  Negotiate opportunities, structure solutions with customers and Influence outcomes
·  Support customers in every aspect of their Asset Management strategy, providing meaningful business solutions
·  The ability to develop a forecast management funnel pipeline to include analyzing and reporting deal profitability
·  Proactive portfolio management of ongoing pipeline of portfolio opportunities for stated territory to deliver monthly forecast for Revenue and Margin
·  Build channel engagement and in particular work with the Partner Development Manager aligned to your region or segment
·  Ensure audit compliance at all times
·  Cross function collaborating across the Customer Delivery Organization to support End of Lease lifecycle management

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

·  Proven sales experience with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
·  Native Italian speaker
·  Fluency in another language other than English, both written and oral (ideally German)
·  Excellent written/oral communications (English and Italian)
·  Highly organized individual
·  Self-starter with a drive to succeed both individually and as part of an energetic team
·  Understanding of the industry both technical and financial
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Ability to manage and influence virtual teams
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
·  Highly Proficient in the use of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
·  Team player who motivates and excites others

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·  3+ years relevant work experience
·  Third-level qualification desirable
