HPE Adaptive Management Services leverages HPE’s best practices for operating on-premises IT environment by delivering 24x7 Monitor, Operate, and Administration Services. The framework addresses the operational challenges through the service operations stage of the infrastructure, covering servers, storage, networking, hypervisor, backup/restore, and security, as well as middleware and applications for both HPE and selected non-HPE assets.

Responsibilities:

·  Maintain, support and administer Windows Server 2008 \ 2012 \ 2016
·  Maintain, support and administer Linux - desirable distribution SUSE, RedHAT
·  Maintain, support and administer UNIX – HPUX
·  Good knowledge of core networking – TCP/IP stack, DNS, DHCP, VPN
·  Configure, optimize and support of Hypervisors - VMware ESXi or Hyper-V with SCVMM
·  Responsible for operation and administration of compute equipment in the customer’s datacenters.
·  Execute service requests and incident resolution as well as maintaining of proper documentation
·  Working schedule - day+late shifts

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Expert knowledge of Linux and/or Window and/or UNIX – HPUX
·  Strong knowledge and experience of VMware ESXi or Hyper-V with SCVMM is desirable.
·  Knowledge of SCCM or SCOM is desired.
·  Deep knowledge in Hypervisors
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
·  Advanced troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
·  Superior customer service skills
·  Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience, knowledge and resolution ability.
·  ITIL Certification is desired.
·  MCSA \ MCSE certification would be considered as advantage.
·  German language will be considered as a strong advantage.
