HPE GreenLake Management Services leverages HPE’s best practices for operating on-premises IT environment by delivering Monitor, Operate, and Administration Services. The framework addresses the operational challenges through the service operations stage of the infrastructure, covering servers, storage, networking, hypervisor, backup/restore, and security, as well as middleware and applications for both HPE and selected non-HPE assets.

In this role, you are accountable for network infrastructure monitoring and system administrative tasks of enterprise customers. As well as supporting the successful transitioning of new or changed services into operations.

How you'll make your mark:

· 
Deliver 24/7 strategic account support by proactively monitoring, operating and administrating customer IT Environment to ensure proper operation and availability

· 
Control and administer IT infrastructure, virtualization and application layer and operating system configurations

· 
Provide leadership in technical incident and problem management and in their resolution, working closely with end customers and HPE remote and field support staff

· 
Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues/problems and clearly communicate these to engineers, customers and/or relevant managers

· 
Act as a consultant in the service delivery

· 
Participate/Drive ITIL based change management, problem management, incident management

· 
Mentor and assist team members on complex situations (incidents, problems, changes, escalations etc) and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Network technologies

· 
Manage technical knowledge transfer and maintain training plans

About you:

· 
Bachelor engineering degree or 3+ years of relevant experience

· 
Superior knowledge and experience in CISCO routers, switches and firewall devices, TCP/IP, routing, BGP, VPN and network security

· 
Proven experience in Service Delivery or relevant IT background

· 
Superior customer service skills

· 
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· 
ITIL Certification is desired.

· 
Motivation to learn and develop further in the IT field

· 
Fluent English, the German language will be considered as an advantage
