Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE

Assigned to lead efforts to support Emerging HPE Business and Proximity Partners, acting as a focal point for establishing a resell contract with HPE and enable them to sell HPE products into the market. The role will also nurture the business relationship and will assist in driving the sales strategy for the Channel Partners leveraging HPE’s Distributors. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to project and sales teams in developing the customer solution and to enable the efficient execution of channel sales processes. Advocates the partner view, expectations and provides feedback to the development/improvement of processes and capabilities. Understands and analyzes account financials. Will lead top level escalations by interacting with company management and the customer/partner side for team.

Responsibilities:

Influence the partner to represent the HPE brand.

Educates the partner on the various distribution partner offerings.

Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the partner requirements.

Represents the partner needs and provides coaching to enable the partner to resell HPE solutions

Consults and advises on operational matters of high complexity to internal functions and with Distribution.

Accountable for the customer/partner overall operational experience from onboarding to steady-state operations

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.

Typically 6-10 years experience related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management

Typically 3-5 years of experience supporting Reseller accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.

Excellent understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.

Superior research and analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.

Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.

Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners on peer level and one level above

Solid financial and business acumen.

Ability to lead implementation of customer-specific process improvements.
