This is a very exciting opportunity to practice marketing in a technology leading organization. In this role you will appreciate the full spectrum of the marketing mix and you will have the chance of going deeper in a number of activities from the most strategic ones to the operational details, support by senior marketing leaders who will act as your mentor.

In particular, we will ask you to drive activities like: Lead management for both direct and channel activities, social media, event logistics, communication & tracking

As a digital native college student we will welcome your support and coaching in making digital and social central in all our activities.

Marketing Executive – Events

Manage the execution of events across the marketing team, responsibilities will include the organisation of events, creating & executing the on-line registration process, scheduling, communicating with external agencies ordering merchandise, shipping as well as helping to manage the follow-up for the events.  Responsibility also includes managing internal communications on behalf of the team.  To have the ability to scale up/down on supporting with executing activities on our focus areas. Core elements of the events role include:

·  Creating registration pages/ pulling registrations reports
·  Creating event invites
·  Organising deliveries to/from venues
·  Organising catering
·  Ordering/approving Merchandise
·  Scheduling Communications for events
·  Creating event schedules (breakdowns of what’s happening)
·  Organising team members
·  Updating the events calendar quarterly
·  Organising list pulls for events
·  Event attendance to handle logistics
·  Creating communications for upcoming webinars
·  Scheduling reminder posts
·  Organising list pulls for webinars
·  Managing internal comms on behalf of team

The role also includes supporting the marketing team in the execution of activities, as and when needed for some of our key focus areas around Edge & AI, Hybrid Cloud, Intelligent Storage and Everything as a Service.

Education and experience required

Enrolled in University.

College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.
