Job Description:
Position summary
As the Marketing and Communications Intern you will work alongside the campaign managers to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns and events. In addition, you will assist in managing marketing budgets including raising PO’s, working directly with key suppliers and uploading leads from marketing campaigns in a timely manner to assisting the campaign managers in reaching their quarterly targets.
Key responsibilities:
Provide support to campaign managers by adapting globally created campaign assets, such as direct mail, electronic direct mail and online banner creative; ensuring they are fit for purpose for the UK&I markets
Work with the key stakeholders on the execution of campaigns into the UK&I marketplace, ensuring brand compliance of all campaign assets
Manage intranet pages and Internal communications on an ongoing basis
Work on the social & digital strategy for the UK&I
Facilitate weekly calls with Marketing agencies, Telemarketing teams and Social Media agencies
Create event web pages, invitations and monitor registrations
Capture and analyse customer feedback as well as customer data in order to assess any potential sales opportunities
Create weekly and quarterly newsletters supporting communication of key initiatives within the team
Assist the campaign managers in managing their budgets on a quarterly basis, working closely with Finance to track and monitor spend
Requirements
Placement year - must currently be in year 2 studying Marketing or similar degree and on track for 2:1 or above
