We’re looking for a Content Strategist/Copywriter to join our digital communications team, an individual deeply ingrained in media culture, “pull-not-push” communications and the dynamics of on- and off-line community-building. The ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid of taking risks on their way to creating break-through social executions that are rooted in witty copy, cultural trends, and brand and corporate insights. You know the difference between traditional best practices and the industry’s future. You are able to devise a variety of creative ideas and write in multiple voices for our brand on social every day. 

The Content Strategist/Copywriter will work closely with Global Comms team members to create, develop and execute strong conceptual ideas that are earned-centric and social by design. Your day-to-day will consist of working across multiple business units, to build out new and innovative ways for our various social voices to go to market. This isn’t an “ad” job, it’s a “conversation” job. 

Responsibilities 
-    Bring multiple social voices to life daily. Strong concepting and writing ability to responds to planned opportunities, real-time moments, influencers, brands, fans or events. Responsible for interacting with high-impact opportunities
-    Manage various editorial calendars
-    Concept, develop, and execute best in-class channel-agnostic ideas 
-    Write and produce engaging social content and campaigns across various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and online tech forums. 
-    Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors and our diverse social personalities
-    As an “editorial eye,” you will ensure that all written materials are clear, concise and persuasive. And typos-free (obviously). 
-    Collaborate with Global Comms team members in all stages of the creative process
-    Stay on top of trends through business/industry monitoring and outside resources (e.g., social trends, industry case studies, competitive work) 
-    Help communicate creative ideas in presentations to executives
-    Strong project management skills – able to handle quick turnarounds and a fast-paced social media schedule for multiple channels, across various business units and complex tech topics

Qualifications: 
-    At least 1-2 years of relevant experience 
-    A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, marketing, advertising, or public relations OR Creative Portfolio School Certificate
-    Writing copy for digital/social platforms and for infographics/videos 
-    Ability to manage multiple projects and to adapt the same story for different social voices
-    Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction 
-    No ego. Collaborates easily and often. Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team. Displays good judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm
-    Design experience not required but nice to have
