The Installed Base Partner Specialist (IBPS) protects and grows the annuity customer base of services through contract renewal, conversion and upsell. The IBPS works proactively with the partner at their assigned accounts to build confidence in HPE. They drive opportunities from qualification through price negotiation to close, delivering order target, profitable business and expanded share of wallet. They actively use and promote tools to maximize growth opportunities and efficiency.

Account coverage small to large.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

·  With little supervision, proactively contacts partners and sells services.
·  Completes lead follow-up within assigned area of responsibility.
·  Establishes professional working relationships with the partner and seeks out new opportunities in account Proactively sells services contract renewals on existing business accounts to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction
·  Proactively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.    
·  Owns personal order target
·  Partner contact for all contract enquiries, negotiating and closing for all assigned contracts.
·  Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge to position and map the company's capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.
·  Execute campaign follow- up and lead management.
·  Responsible for pipeline and forecast responsibility in accordance with business process. Consistently maintains a 6- month rolling pipeline and meets Inside Sales Rep led goals set by segment management.
·  Collaborates with BU delivery organizations to support client engagement and service in the account.
·  Ownership and accountability for order management activity, order acceptance and revenue management to ensure renewal/conversion management in value & time.

Requirements:

·  First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
·  Typically 2-4 years of related experience with experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management
·  Fluent in written and verbal English
·  Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
·  Intermediate understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
·  Strong research and analytical skills.
·  Basic project management skills.
·  Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
·  Developing ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers / partners on peer level and one level above.
·  MS Office
·  SFDC Oppt (an advantage)
