Your key tasks:
· Sales via phone of HPEFS asset management services selling certified pre-owned technology and ITAD services to existing and new customers
· Working closely with field sales
· Identification of new customers, upsell and business potentials
· Establishing and maintenance of relationships in order to cooperate with decision-makers
· Project management: covering all activities from supporting the preparation of configurations and offers, supporting contract engagement and roll-out of product or ITAD services
· Professional escalation management
· Responsibility for turnover and margins
· Working collaboratively with other business groups in HPE/HPEFS to align customer requirements across product and services
· Ability to achieve orders target

· Experience in selling products or services
· Solid knowledge about the IT industry including competitors and trends
· Comprehension of direct, indirect sales models and the distribution business
· Steady use of with MS Office

Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
Knowledge & skills:
· Foundational understanding of company's portfolios of products and services
· Various roles available for English, French and German languages
· Foundational industry knowledge in a particular territory
· Foundational communication and negotiation skills
· Able to work and collaborate in a team environment
· Depending on role, may require hunter approach or strategic “farmer”, or relationship selling approach.
· Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.
