The Human Resources Intern will be responsible will work on various initiatives linked to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Rewards and Recognition for the HPE Financial Services Business.  The role requires business acumen in financial services plus some familiarity with human resources practices and polices.  The ideal candidate will also be pursuing a related course of study and will have strong background in Excel and data management.

Responsibilities:

·  Work with managers to ensure Talent Management data is current and valid
·  Review job hierarchies for business units to ensure role alignment is current
·  Review current salary market data to align salaries with best market practice
·  Partner with line managers to research manager inquiries

Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a non- technical degree specialization, i.e., Human Resources, Business, Economics, etc. Must have completed 2nd or 3rd Year of University (entering Junior or Senior year).

Experience Required:

·  Experience with Excel
·  Experience with project management
·  Experience with relationship management/partnership
·  Experience making presentations, both verbal and/or written, to key stakeholders
