Creates, delivers and manages a broad array of HR projects, programs and processes in support of the HR HPE Strategy supporting Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity & Employee Engagement.  Acts as a project, programs and process manager.  Exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.  Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities

·  Manages. supports and contributes to projects, programs and processes in support of HR HPE Strategy for the HR Functions.
·  Ensures HR Projects, programs and processes meet business needs and align to HR HPE Strategy.
·  Partners with HR Leaders, business partners, managers and businesses on HR projects, processes and programs.
·  Identifies issues in aligning projects and programs with the business and/or function and escalates to HR Management
·  Supports HR Projects by compiling and synthesizing relevant information, data, and develops recommendations in support of business needs.
·  Utilizes tools and designs solutions to improve processes and effectiveness.  Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses to support HR programs and initiatives.
·  Provides operational support to project teams on key HR transformational initiatives.
·  Develops a broad understanding of the full spectrum of HR programs and a working knowledge of the business.

Education and Experience

·  Enrolled in university

Knowledge and Skills

·  Excellent written communication and verbal skills.
·  Good project management skills
·  Demonstrated problem solving skills
·  Good relationship management skills
·  Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
·  Data management experience preferred.
