•Develop you skills through training modules including ProjectManagement@Siemens and Career Management
•Get to grips with your designated business unit, including its goals, vision, services, customers and supply chain
•Seek out opportunities that will push you to strengthen your skills and enhance your knowledge
The candidate
Here's what it takes to join some of the world's brightest minds-
•Graduated or are on track to graduate with a 2:2 degree or above in a Business, Procurement or Project Management related degree
•Are flexible, know how to connect with others and pride yourself on bringing positive, bright ideas to the team

•Enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking responsibility for tasks and projects you've been assigned
•Have an eye for detail and know how to make the right call
•Understanding of supply chain and procurement activity
•Have some experience understanding the principals of a gas turbine operation, but it's not essential
Location
This role is based in Warwick, but will also take you to projects across the UK and the world. So you'll need to be willing to go where this journey takes you. In return, you'll get the chance to work with the teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
