The Risk Management Analyst position is a key contributor to the overall success and functioning of the Global Risk Management team.  The Global Risk Management team has global responsibility for corporate insurance program design, structure and implementation.  The position provides the opportunity to learn and participate in a wide variety of very complex insurance program structures and processes.   

Responsibilities include:

·  Monthly accounting and reconciliation of a variety of Risk Management accounts
·  Payroll reporting to support Worker’s Compensation statutory reporting
·  Processing of insurance premium invoices and other related expenses
·  Monthly budgeting
·  Internal financial reporting
·  Data gathering and compilation in support of insurance program renewals
·  Insurance policy archiving and tracking

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience

College Degree required, accounting or finance degree preferred

2-5 years of accounting experience required

Insurance experience beneficial

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·  Understanding of risk management budgeting and financial transactions
·  Experience and understanding of general accounting principals
·  Strong initiative and self-starter personality
·  Ability to multi task and execute on multiple competing projects
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Desire to work in a highly collaborative team based environment
·  Excellent organization skills
·  Proficient level of technical insurance concepts
·  Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
