Job Description:

   

Responsibilities:

· 
Propose new ideas to improve marketing impact and effectiveness

· 
Work with regional, product marketing and channel teams to develop strategy and plan for quarterly campaigns, including strategic goals and ideal marketing mix

· 
Develop and write campaign brief as blueprint for all campaign activities related to your focus area to be shared with regions, functional teams and agencies as needed

· 
Develop and execute content strategy and plan for campaigns, working with stakeholders as mentioned above

· 
Collaborate with the product marketing team to generate compelling technology and solution content, scheduling how and where this content will be used

· 
Plan content around the buyers journey from awareness to purchase

· 
Create social and community opportunities to increase engagement and dominate our markets social media space, working with Social and Community marketing leads

· 
Develop media plan in conjunction with regional leads

· 
Optimize plan and tactics for use in inbound marketing efforts

· 
Work with Portfolio Marketing and sales leads to include sales enablement in targeted campaigns

· 
Collaborate with Global Channel Marketing lead to create co-branded assets and tactics and package up for partner consumption

· 
Develop campaign messaging, including headlines and copy for inbound and outbound marketing efforts

· 
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing team or agency to develop compelling campaign imagery and concepts aligned with campaign messaging

· 
Work with Web team to ensure proper execution of content placed on Arubanetworks.com

· 
Work with Operations team to set up campaigns in Eloqua for regional execution

· 
Manage translations of assets and tactics to be used in region

· 
Source and acquire, and/or design parameters for, customer lists to be employed in campaigns as appropriate

· 
Create Install Base programs as integral part of Campaigns

· 
Design and create, or manage creation of, copy for automated email nurturing campaigns

· 
Create marketing landing pages and registration pages inclusive of contact and lead capture in accordance with WW best practice standards

· 
QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution

· 
Track and measure campaign effectiveness

· 
Manage quarterly budget for campaigns

Qualifications: 

· 
BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

· 
7-10 years total experience in marketing programs, integrated marketing, marketing agency or marketing communications

· 
2-3 years of experience specifically in managing integrated campaigns, project management, or launch management

· 
Understanding of total marketing mix, including digital, social, direct and the science of measurement

· 
Hands on experience with Marketo, Eloqua and Salesforce

· 
Experience with high tech, networking, software or social media vendor

· 
Ability to pick up a basic understanding of new technologies quickly

· 
Great collaborator and communicator

· 
Proficient with business writing, presentations, and public speaking

· 
Organized with an eye for continual improvement

· 
Agency, sales and/or channel experience
