Job Description  

·  Provide support for AMS Regional Trade Controls team by performing activities related to export control screening of business partners, sales orders, delivery documents and customer records
·  Manage blocked records in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or other applications, per Service Level Agreement, for:
·  Restricted Parties List (RPL)
·  Non Proliferation Screening
·  Embargoed Countries Screening
·  Export License Determination
·  Review and manage Business Partners (master data) on RPL hold
·  Facilitate business processes and trade activities, while interacting pro-actively with the business and global functions; escalate issues according to process guidelines
·  Coordinate with other Global Trade teams on classification and licensing matters
·  Respond to requests regarding screening escalations submitted to team mailbox
·  Produce reports using IT systems and analyze data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management
·  Analysis of backlog management
·  Gather demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning
·  Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes
·  Participate in IT projects by supporting UAT testing
·  Provide activity metrics on a regular basis
·  Available for occasional meetings with colleagues in other regions/time zones

Knowledge and Skills Required  

·  Strong communication skills; mastery in English  (written and verbal)
·  Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Ability to use analytical tools, models and methods
·  Team player who is willing to take on a variety of tasks
·  Time management skills to enable efficient completion of multiple tasks/assignments
·  Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
·  Ability to recognize high priority issues and escalate accordingly 
·  Basic understanding of US and local export regulations including embargoes, sanctioned parties, licensing requirements, non-proliferation, and anti-boycott is desired
·  Basic understanding of supply chain processes is desired
