• Use Web Chat Tool / Email tool and Call tool to interact and reach out to online customers and internal audiences
 • To actively listen to potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and forwarded to the Lead Management Team.
 • Enterprise: Provide expert level support for HP Servers, Storage, Networking, Converged Solutions, and Cloud Products.
  • Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools
 • Maintain product information, configurations and pricing on the web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer-friendly presentation
 • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes and position HPE technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively participate various internal technology forums and other technology sources and gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.
