Enterprise Services is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities as Customer Project/Program Manager.

Profile/Role description

• Manages daily activities of business and technical team as well as small scale project delivery

• Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people

• Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members

• Provides performance review input and indication of area of development for team members

• Manages client relationships

Desired profile

Education and Experience Required :

· 
First Level University degree

· 
3-5 years' demonstrated leadership experience

· 
3-5 years' experience in analysis or development

· 
Knowledgeable in software development life cycle and methodologies

· 
Healthcare experience preferred

· 
Strong written and verbal communication skills

· 
Knowledge of project management methodologies preferred
