Business Planning Analyst I

Job description

The Global Delivery Analytics Center is a part of the License Management Organization responsible for delivering services related to the software license compliance. The activities include entitlement assessment, software installation data collection and analysis, report reconciling entitlements to deployments.

The Business Planning Analyst will be primarily responsible for the following roles/tasks:

· Analyse customer data, contracts and determine customer entitlements to licenses;

· Interact with internal customers to determine deployment of licenses;

· Develop reconciliation reports;

· Advise/consult with accountable stakeholders in the HP Software business unit, as needed.

They will support and work with the Licensing Specialists located in the different countries.

Their goals will include:

· Global Compliance Revenue Targets;

· Delivery against a Service Level Agreement with internal clients;

· Quality of data delivered;

· Training and certification on the delivery of services.

Desired profile

Must have skills/competencies

· Strong data analysis skills; expert usage of MS Excel;

· Ability to critically analyse and use fact-based decision making;

· Ability to work in a global team and communicate effectively.

Education and Experience

· Graduates/Engineers with 1-4 years of relevant work experience.

· Work experience with the Big 4 audit firms in Software License Compliance domain is highly desirable
