The Supply Chain organization balances volume and complexity across HPE owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HPE Converged Infrastructure.

The EMEA Enterprise Group – Backlog Management organization provides an End-to-End Support thru the Product- and Order Lifecycle to our HPE internal customers as Route to Market Organization, Sales Operation, Project Account teams and internal functions (Finance, Business Support, Procurement, and Planning).

In this amazing role, you can make your mark by being esponsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to HPE policy and country regulatory requirements. You will partner with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business processes and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. How you’ll make your mark:

• You will be responsible for managing prioritized orders within Backlog Management for Hybrid IT Group

• You will act as a link between OMC (customer) and Supply Chain. Your major responsibility will be to provide advanced Order Tracking on and support to achieve operational Supply Chain performance.

• You'll manage open order report and reach out to supply chain/factory to determine the reason for delay; communicate status and escalate issues as necessary

• You will compile key metrics, produce reports, and analyse backlog data

• You will review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language

• You have good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

• You have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• You have basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP

• You have good analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.

Salary offered – minimum: 1700 EUR/month, maximum – 2400 EUR – salary is based on experience and agreement
