The Team

Members of the HPC and data science team will assist with data science professional service projects and will help to build & grow the practice that assists enterprise customers with the following:

·  Designing, redesigning and/or re-platforming high performance compute and IoT platforms to the Azure cloud and ancillary services. The target Azure technologies will include (but will not be limited to):

- IoT hub

- Stream analytics

- Service fabric

- Functions

- Data lake

- SQL and data warehouse

- Data lake storage and analytics

- Key vault

·  Working with customers to assist or run projects
·  Working with the RedPixie Azure Managed Solutions team to handover RedPixie implemented
·  platforms for the team to support
·  Assist customers with the design and build of the target Azure platforms
·  Focus on building data science solutions in Azure using the best services Azure has to offer (e.g.
·  machine learning, AI and cognitive)
·  Working with the RedPixie Azure Managed Solutions team to handover RedPixie implemented

Members of the team will be expected to have:

·  A working knowledge of, or the ability to learn about, the architectural patterns and practices required
·  to build solutions using the aforementioned cloud services
·  A working knowledge of a variety of machine learning models
·  Familiarity with some statistical software ideally one or more of:
·  R, Python, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB
·  Proficiency in one or more programming, scripting or statistical languages
·  The ability to define solution architectures as code in Azure Resource Manager templates

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of technical ability and also:

·  Some exposure to the described technologies and services and is able and willing to rapidly learn about
·  new technologies
·  Good customer facing consulting skills
·  Good presenting skills
