§ Excellent team management skills with ability to handle personnel issues and strong team bonding.
§ Work on creation of process, case studies, question bank and other learning content for all the concepts in Networking (Routing & Switching) & Aruba Supported Products.
§ Write technical blog/ create video content for the team on the current/future projects in EDGE
§ Provide support via email / live support sessions for our team on technical queries.
§ Design curriculum as per the project requirements keeping an eye on outcomes of the project along with the needs of the client.
§ Learn and master new skills and grow as a subject matter expert for all the products in Networking domain.
§ Support the definition of processes and policies, business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied.
§ Validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the product(s) or service(s) that the project will produce.
§ Provide input into and/or create and execute user documentation and training materials.
§ Guide other professionals on the project to ensure the content is accurate.
§ Resolve issues relevant to project deliverable(s) within their area of expertise.
§ Obtain or provide approval for changes to rules, processes and policies.
What Will You Do
§ Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
§ Create new solutions, adapting existing methods and procedures.
§ Ability to understand clearly the strategic direction set by the management as it relates to team goals.
§ Hold meaningful conversations with team members to discuss Process Updates, Technical coaching, feedback and training needs.
§ Monitor & drive Technical trainings, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics.
§ Your primary upward interaction is with the Manager
§ Interact with team members, peers and/or management levels with clients or internal stakeholders.
§ With minimal guidance be able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
§ Making wise decisions: These often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
Subject Matter Expertise –
§ CCNA/CCNP Certified in Routing & Switching preferred.
§ 4 + year of technical experience of Networking and Networking Security Solutions
§ 2 + year experience in Routing, Switching, Security and Network management and NOC experience
§ Fluent in English (verbal and written).
§ Passionate about networking, information technology or cloud technologies.
§ An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of your employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands
§ To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user.
§ Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained.
§ Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients, and groups of staff across an organization.
§ Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
