Aruba Quoting Analyst Sales Support

Assigned to Sales Teams  as a focal point for operational aspects for the business relationship and may assist in driving the operational strategy for their assigned customers. Provides process consulting expertise to project and account teams in developing the customer solution and to enable the efficient execution of operational processes. Advocates the customer/partner view, expectations and provides feedback to the development/improvement of processes and capabilities.

Responsibilities

· 
•Assist Sellers with Operational guidance on NGQ Related questions.

•Proactively set up calls with Sales Reps to assist with Trouble shooting.

•Support with any questions or clarifications when quoting.

•Resolves operational issues, which may require collaboration with cross organizational teams, in support of the customer requirements.

· 

Create quotes on behalf of sellers and communicate with Partners and customers as needed.

•Ability to work with multiple Sales Reps and to be able to follow through until the problem has been solved.

•Exceptional customer service and problem solving.

•Consults and advises on operational matters of low complexity to internal clients on peer level.

Education and Experience

· 
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent.

· 
Typically 0-2 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills

· 
Basic understanding of business tools, systems and practices.

· 
Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.

· 
Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
