Responsibilities:

·  Drive engagement for growth with assigned partners by establishing joint sales processes and managing partner relationships within assigned territory 
·   Inform partner sales personnel on the differentiated value and benefits of integrating HP Financial Services solutions into their customer proposals.
·  Grow relationship and maintain overview of all business activity with assigned partners, as their HP Financial Services primary point of contact.
·  Negotiate and coordinate execution of partner agreements, including establishing targets
·  Identify and manage joint business planning and initiatives with HP and the partner, report progress against targets, and establish action plans to address any discrepancies
·  Conduct forecast and pipeline reviews with partner sales personnel, identifying specific opportunities or areas to apply HP Financial Services solutions and offerings.  
·  Drive partner lead generation; advance and close partner deals with our mutual SMB customers
·  Drive HP Financial Services Partner Portal deployment and training to selected partners.
·  Deliver and execute marketing programs within target partners, relevant to their target markets and delivery capabilities.
·  Assess the competitive environment and communicate key information to management
·  Integrate activities and strategies with HP channel sales for maximum productivity
·  Provide feedback on solutions needed to meet market demand and to grow our channel business

Competencies:

·  Ability to prospect, qualify, propose and close partner transactions with SMB customers.
·  Ability to effectively present to partner audiences, often virtually, in a manner that clearly conveys how to leverage financial offerings into account plans and proposals
·  Financial and business acumen for effective partner executive and/or operating manage ent relationship development and ongoing governance
·  Marketing program communication and execution
·  Takes action to increase partner engagement, that drives positive results for HP Financial Services business
·  In depth knowledge of HP Financial Services offerings/capabilities, and ability to differentiate our business value proposition from competitive offerings in the market
·  Broad knowledge of HP Financial Services, key representative (primary point of contact) to assigned partners for management of partner relationship and transactions.
·  Working knowledge of HP Financial Services Portal and CRM tools; ability to successfully support partner use of the Portal to complete transactions
·  Knowledge of financial statements (to derive ratios and KPIs), tax returns, credit qualifications, and proficiency in use of a financial calculator.
·  Ability to provide exceptional customer service and partner experience

Experience:

·  3+ years channel experience in selling financial solutions through a Manfaturer/dealer/distributor network, working effectively in virtual teams
·  Proven record of meeting and exceeding assigned quota
·  College degree in IT or business related field required
·  Demonstrated ability to execute partner business plans and initiatives
·  Successful negotiation of contracts
·  Demonstrated influencing skills and leadership in situations without authority
·  Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
