You will gain valuable knowledge and exciting experiences across our various operations from our regional head office in London and at various ports around the UK & Ireland. -Preparing documentation and manifests for guest operations and maintain high levels of customer service
-To edit and prepare all pre and post cruise hotel rooming lists, welcome packs, transfer manifests and arrange hospitality desks/representatives for designated accounts.
-Manage hotel room blocks and comply with cut off dates, cancellation
-To edit and prepare all transportation manifests, compile transportation summaries, and staff operational schedules.
-Preparation of all operational (airport and cruise port) paperwork and scheduling of delivery to local representatives to meet established deadlines.
-Offer support to any account manager in the department - providing advice and information as required.
