The Bedbank business unit is leading Hotelbeds Group charge to reshape travel. It contracts, connects and efficiently distributes a differentiated portfolio of +100,000 hotels to leading travel trade industry partners including online travel agencies (OTAs), retail agencies, tour operators and airlines. Our main Bedbank brands include Hotelbeds, Bedsonline, Hotelopia, Travel Partner Brasil, Room & Go, JBS and Easymarket.This position sits within our Bedbank unit.
The main role is to offer administrative support to the whole sales teams that are based across Europe/Americas/APAC.
-Setting up new clients in our system from each market and sending out access codes.
-Updating accounts such as fiscal name, telephones number, emails.
-Distribute information mainly on internal procedures to the different sales teams.
-Support front-line team with commercial ad-hoc reports & support with the promotions campaigns analysis.
-Creating and updating pricing groups and commercial groups in atlas in order to assign the correct pricing to each agency following manager guidelines.
-Sales support members feedback is important in the set up of internal back-office procedures as they have the insight of the type of clients and needs from the sales team.
