Current home office premises located close to Southampton University campus. We anticipate moving to a more rural office location within easy reach of north of the city.

Are you right for this position? If so you will be 100% fluent in oral and aural English and have clear, unambiguous diction. You will delight in serving others with your exceptional executive and administrative skills, have great computer literacy; using the MS Office and other technologies, have an innovative, adaptive and creative mindset and be eager and ready to learn whilst enjoying thinking, selfdirection and problem solving.

As a collaborative & adaptable team player with good typing speed and an excellent telephone manner, you will have welldeveloped email box handling skills and be able to work independently and take direction without being micromanaged (all essential) so the businesses run more smoothly and team effectiveness is improved. You will enjoy coordinating activities and collaborating with others both within and outside the organisation so the business is enhanced and our marketing presence is sharpened.

Your role will include

• Social media management
• Graphics & creative document development
• Setting up new business systems
• Modernisation of company image
• Website development
• Other admin duties
